All orders are made via the Internet and delivery is only to addresses in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust the prices at any time.
You can pay by card, invoice, direct payment or partial payment(Sweden). We have let Payson handle the payments for us. Read about their terms here.
If delivered is faulty or damaged, you can complain. Contact us by email to email@example.com with your order number for information on how to proceed. The invoice is your guarantee certificate. All our products have a 1 year warranty. The warranty does not cover transport costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Advisory Board's decision.
Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business. We only do this for the purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to GDPR, which is the new data protection rules, you have the right to know what information we have registered for you. Should you consider it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you may request correction or removal from our customer register.
